Arima Royal Golf Club

The venue for Japan’s most prestigious golf tournament, the Japan Open Golf Championship. Many historic games have been played on the luminous expanse of the green. Among the numerous golf clubs throughout Japan, Arima Royal Golf Club is proud to have been chosen for this honor. We will build on the performance that makes us a top-class golf club both by reputation and in reality, so as to achieve even greater honor in the future. The course is the life of a golf club. It unfolds beautifully and majestically, blending into the abundant natural environment around it. The Royal Course, opened in 1972, was designed by Osamu Ueda, one of Japan’s most eminent golf course designers. The Noble Course, opened in 1996, was designed by Robert Vonhagge, one of the world’s leading golf course designers with a track record of more than 200 courses in about 20 countries.
